How to change the username?

In order to change username, you must have a pro account.
Go to the page editor and click on the first option "Change Page Url". Here you can edit the username.

How to add a profile picture?

All available templates do not support profile pictures.
If your template supports the profile picture, you can find the option "Profile Picture" inside the "Photos" section.

How to change the background/cover photo?

If your template supports the background/cover photo, you can find the option "Background/Cover" inside the "Photos" section.

How to change the background color?

"Background Color" option is available inside the "Change Colors" section.
You can pick a gradient background color from available gradients or you can select any flat color by clicking on a circular colored dot.
Once you select a color click save button. Gradient colors don't need to save, it's auto save on selection.

If you don't want any background color just click "Remove background color".

Is it possible to redirect to my website after form submission?

Yes, it's possible.
Inside the "Form Settings", there is a setting form and here is the last field "Redirect To", enter your url and visitor will be redirected to your page after successful form submission.
If you don't want to redirect, just leave it black.

How to share pre-filled form fields like subject line or body?

No, it's not possible right now but we are working on it.

How to upgrade to the pro plan?

In the bottom of the editor, you will see the "Upgrade" button, and you will be redirected to a payment page.

How to change the password?

Go to the Profile tab by clicking on the user icon 👤, and go to the section "Change Password".

Where is the logout button?

Go to the Profile tab by clicking on the user icon 👤, and here is the logout button.

Can I create more than one page?

Yes you can, but you need to upgrade to a pro account. All pro users can create upto 5 contact pages

Why am I not receiving the emails?

Email may be delivered in your spam folder. Please check your spam folder and add our sender email address [email protected] in your contact list to receive in inbox.
But if you still can't find the email, contact our support team.

How to delete my account?

Inside the "Profile" tab 👤 there is a last section "Delete Account", enter your password for confirmation and click delete account.
Be careful before deleting the account. All your pages will be deleted along with your account.

How to delete the page?

Inside "Advanced Settings" there is a red block named "DELETE PAGE", enter your page username for confirmation and click the delete button.

How to cancel pro plan subscription?

Go to the "Billing" section inside the profile tab 👤. here you will see the link "cancel subscription plan".
